Overview
We are seeking an experienced bilingual Legal Secretary (English & Arabic) to support a busy legal team within a reputable organisation. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment and liaising with both Arabic- and English-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and legal professionals
- Prepare, format, translate, and proofread legal documents in English and Arabic
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls in both languages
- Handle document filing, archiving, and version control (physical and electronic)
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, court dates, and deadlines
- Liaise with courts, government authorities, clients, and third parties
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and general office administration as required
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant (law firm or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and terminology
- Excellent typing, formatting, and document management skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
