Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Receptionist (Admin) to join our Abu Dhabi office. This role is ideal for someone who can manage front desk operations while supporting basic administrative tasks in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle emails and basic correspondence
- Maintain office records and files
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email handling)
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
