We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Assistant to join a leading company in the energy sector in Abu Dhabi (
Musaffah
).
This role is ideal for fresh Emirati graduates looking to start their career in a professional and supportive environment.
As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support, handle documentation, coordinate schedules, assist internal teams, and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and basic data entry.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities.
- Assist visitors, calls, and manage office supplies.
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Emirati (with Family Book)
- Fresh graduates are welcome (0–1 year experience)
- Bilingual in English & Arabic (mandatory)
- Driving License is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9-12 on Fridays)
