Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Abu Dhabi. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication within the company, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Document control and filling
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
