Team Leader’s Administrative Assistant Metropolitan Capital Real Estate

About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and highly organized Team Leader’s Assistant to support our Sales Team Leader with administrative, HR, training, and performance-related tasks. This role is essential for ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
  • Manage the Team Leader’s calendar, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations.
  • Maintain records of KPIs, training attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle documentation for onboarding/offboarding, HR forms, and performance reports.
HR & Liaison
  • Serve as the first point of contact between the team and HR.
  • Coordinate recruitment schedules and onboarding for new agents.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and support all related documentation.
Training Coordination
  • Schedule internal and external training sessions.
  • Track attendance and maintain training records.
  • Follow up on assessments, feedback, and training reports.
Performance Support
  • Assist with data collection for appraisals, probation reviews, and targets.
  • Support in drafting performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all performance matters.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Familiarity with HR or training processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM or real estate software is an advantage.
