Leasing Executive

My Client is a leading shopping mall operator in the Middle East and they require a Leasing Executive with a high level of detail and accuracy to prepare, format and process all lease‑related documentation including lease proposals, feasibility study requests and internal approval forms for the mall.

• You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, RDD and Lease Administration to ensure timely approvals, signatures and follow‑ups on all leasing workflows.
• Maintain structured filing systems and digital documentation for all leasing activities
• Update CRM, leasing and renewal trackers and pipeline data to support weekly/monthly reporting and leasing committee submissions
• Conduct tenant follow‑ups on outstanding offers, document submissions and administrative requirements to accelerate deal conversions
• Organise weekly leasing meetings including preparation of agendas, minute‑taking and tracking of action items.
• Coordinate with RDD on design submissions, layout approvals and required tenant deliverables

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
• 3 to 5 years experience in leasing coordination, commercial / retail real estate administration or operational support
• Experience with CRM systems or ERP platforms
