The Vehicle Registration Officer plays a key role in managing the registration and documentation of vehicles across all our branches, ensuring compliance with UAE traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires precision, coordination, and a proactive approach to resolving issues related to vehicle registration.

• Upload Vehicle Clearance Certificate (VCC) of vehicles for invoicing and registration.
• Coordinate with showroom drivers to collect registered vehicle number plates.
• Arrange Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) passing for previous-year units.
• Work with the Public Relations Officer to obtain Vehicle Ownership Certificates for used cars.
• Verify registration card copies before/after customer collection.
• Coordinate with other branches for vehicle registrations in different Emirates.
• Resolve traffic fines and disputes efficiently.
• Compute and apply registration fees and penalties when applicable.
• Liaise with the Traffic Department to clear blocking fines under company traffic file numbers.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Diploma/Degree holder
• Arabic speaker preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities
• Knowledge of UAE vehicle registration and traffic regulations
