Office clerk job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks. They must also be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting visitors
• Filing paperwork and other general clerical duties
• Maintaining the office’s cleanliness
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month, depending upon the qualifications of the successful candidate. We are open to considering a foreigner for this position.
