Administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to departments, staff members, and management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in administration.
Work ExpectationsThe successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. They will also need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. In this role, the Administrator will be expected to provide general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, maintaining databases, preparing reports, responding to emails and telephone calls in a timely manner.
They should also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
The successful candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent with the ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written. We are willing to consider foreign applicants with no prior experience; however they must demonstrate their commitment towards fulfilling the responsibilities of the role with respect and dedication.
SalaryThe salary for this position is 1700 AED per month; however it could increase depending on experience level.
