This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented and motivated AP professional to grow within a dynamic finance environment. As an AP Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial operations. The position provides exposure to advanced ERP systems, including SAP S/4

HANA
, and offers hands‑on experience in managing end‑to‑end accounts payable processes. Candidates who are currently qualified or pursuing a professional qualification are encouraged to apply. Experience in airline accounting will be considered a strong advantage.

• Entering invoices accurately and promptly into the accounts payable system.
• Processing vendor payments in accordance with company policies and timelines.
• Checking, reviewing, and verifying invoice entries to ensure correctness and compliance.
• Filing, archiving, and maintaining organized historical financial records.
• Providing general support to the finance team and assisting colleagues as needed; performing ad‑hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Utilizing ERP systems—primarily SAP S/4
  
  HANA
  —to manage and track AP transactions.
• Supporting the reconciliation of accounts and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with spreadsheets efficiently.
• Experience with ERP systems—
  SAP S/4
  
  HANA is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of airlines accounts payable processes is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
