Dollar General - Up to $59990.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire and train qualified employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for appropriate solutions and/or counseling;
Open the store at least two times per week and close at least two times per week;
Order to meet or exceed in-stock targets; review ordering plan and inventory management issues weekly;
Facilitate staging, stocking, and storage of merchandise following defined processes; ensure proper merchandising and pricing;
Maintain accurate inventory levels and uphold cashier accountability and cash control procedures
