We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our facility. • Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Proven experience in a nursing management role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control practices, and sterile processing techniques.
• Proficiency in medication administration and IV infusion protocols.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.
• Experience in team management with excellent communication skills.
• Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
