Case Manager – Adult. A position geared for resourceful individuals who are skilled in identifying individual needs as well as locating and connecting to appropriate resources; case managers are essential in weaving support networks for consumers and their families. From coordinating services to providing ongoing supports, this position gives you the opportunity to assist our consumers to lead productive and meaningful lives.

  Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday
• Compensation: $18.50 – Commensurate with education/experience
• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree with 15 credit hours of human services related courses
• Preferred Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field
