Required Skills:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Board certification or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and hospitalist services
• Ability to handle full scope OB/GYN duties including on-call responsibilities
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospitalist role
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to manage on-call emergencies effectively
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Residency completion in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based OB/GYN experience
• Prior locum or temporary physician experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work during weekends (starting 11/01/2025)
• Willingness to perform on-call OBGYN procedures and clinic work
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Valid DEA license and lifesaving certifications
• Willing to travel if necessary; travel and licensure reimbursements provided
