Overview

Business Development Executive

Base pay range:
Salary: £30k basic, with OTE taking your package up higher. Sector:
Manufacturing. Our client is a leader in providing custom furniture solutions at scale for the global hospitality, leisure, and commercial sectors. They specialize in furnishing demanding spaces worldwide, including Hotels, Restaurants, Cruise Lines, Retail & Leisure venues, and QSRs

Our comprehensive, end-to-end service covers the entire lifecycle, from initial Design through Make (manufacturing) to final Delivery and installation, ensuring a seamless experience for international customers. They pride themselves on delivering bespoke, high-quality, and sustainably-produced furniture, uniquely positioning them as the trusted partner for complex, large-scale projects globally.   • £30k basic salary, with OTE taking your total package up even higher in your first year

Role
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company s product suite and internal processes
  • Generate demand with customers, producing qualified sales opportunities
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses, mapping out potential business with fresh prospects
  • Book software demonstrations through outbound calling, Linked In outreach, emailing and other channels
  • Learn and enjoy mentorship from senior sellers on best practice and strategy
  • Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively
Requirements
  • Degree educated - but this is not necessary, as long as you can readily demonstrate commercial understanding
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills befitting a Salesperson
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable working independently and proactively, and a quick learner
  • Resilient and highly organised
