Quality Inspector (CMM)

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector with expertise in Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operation and programming
. You will be responsible for inspecting precision components, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the production process.

This position is based in Oxfordshire
, reporting directly to the Head of Production. A highly competitive remuneration package is offered, including salary and potential equity incentives.

• Perform dimensional inspections using manual or CNC-controlled CMM equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and technical specifications.
• Program CMM machines using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso

• Manage and maintain the control plan.
• Conduct first article inspections (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspections.
• Document inspection results and generate comprehensive quality reports.
• Identify and report non-conformances, assisting in root cause analysis.
