As Product Director, you’ll take ownership of a flagship product’s full lifecycle, managing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring successful delivery. This is a leadership role with both strategic and hands‑on responsibilities.

• ✅ Translating the product roadmap into actionable project plans.
• ✅ Coordinating cross‑functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and project managers.

You’ll be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, ready to lead high‑complexity product development.

• ✔ Degree/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
• ✔ 5-10 years of product leadership experience in complex instrumentation, precision technology, or high‑tech equipment.
• ✔ Proven track record of bringing technical products to market successfully.
• ✔ Strong leadership and team management skills within a multi‑disciplinary environment.
• ✔ Experience working in fast‑paced, innovation‑driven organisations.
