About You

You’ll be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, ready to lead high‑complexity product development.

Your Background &

Skills:
  • ✔ Degree/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
  • ✔ 5-10 years of product leadership experience in complex instrumentation, precision technology, or high‑tech equipment.
  • Proven track record of bringing technical products to market successfully.
  • ✔ Strong leadership and team management skills within a multi‑disciplinary environment.
  • ✔ Experience working in fast‑paced, innovation‑driven organisations.
