As our Weekend Receptionist you will meet, greet and sign in all visitors to the home ensuring that they have a warm welcome. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and for making sure each and every visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment while in the reception area. You'll interact with our residents on a daily basis – so you'll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents' dignity at all times.

- You’ll conduct family visits round the home for any visitor who requires one in accordance with the training you have received.
- You’ll take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors, internal or external bodies.

For most of the roles in our vibrant care home, you don't need specific qualifications or experience to be successful as full training is provided.
