Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in our engineering team? The Mechanical Engineer will integrate operational engineering multi-disciplinary teams delivering projects at various phases, from FEED to commissioning, or in assistance to Plant Operation in the UK.

• Support, deliver and organise technical studies/projects.
• Support the design of mechanical processes, from strategic and conceptual phases to detailed design and construction and commissioning phase support. Typical deliverables include: technical notes, substantiation notes, mechanical flow diagrams and flow-sheets, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, mechanical layout drawings, hazards and malfunctions management, and technical specification documentation review from supply chain.
• Perform technical studies related to mechanical handling for handling operations and heavy mechanical transfer systems, powder mechanical processes (transport, milling, and compaction) in high-activity environments and glove boxes, and technologies for compaction and mechanical dismantling.
• Engage in technical networking within Orano, including with Orano experts.
