My client is main contractor specialising in high end commercial, residential and housing sectors of the UK construction market. They require a Quantity Surveyor for prestigious housing scheme in Clerkenwell.

Delivering a range of residential and housing projects, typical values are between £3million up to around £18million.  The projects are conversions of commercial offices into residential apartments.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be commercially astute and be involved in pricing works on selected projects. You will be given ownership and accountability for delivering sub contact packages to projects. Ensuring the best possible value and profit in maintained during and closing of project delivery

You will ideally have site experience working for a regional main building contractor, covering residential refurbishment's. The successful candidate will be proactive and work to their own initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a large scheme value £3million.

To be considered you need hold the following:

• Full experienced in delivering JCT or NEC forms of contract

• Be qualified to MSc or BA Hons in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
