At Junior Adventures Group we are on the lookout for Childcare Club Managers to join our growing family. You'd be joining the UK's leading provider of wraparound childcare in the UK offering a range of roles in our Breakfast, After School, and Holiday Clubs.
Responsibilities- Manage, direct, and assist team members in delivering a safe and effective programme, ensuring a motivated and happy team.
- Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more, ensuring they are age-appropriate.
- Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
- Lead a passionate team with the same goals; manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme while keeping the team motivated and happy.
- Be approachable and able to communicate with people; ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
- Be organised and enthusiastic; plan, supervise, and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm across a range of activities.
- Be proactive, responsible and able to follow procedures; implement policies and protocols to ensure the safety of the children in our care.

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974
