What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator who takes ownership, thrives on variety, and is involved across many parts of the business. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our newly opened offices in Milton Park, Oxfordshire, as well as Sales and Customer administration, logistics, and operational support.
Does this sound like you?
You’ll be instrumental in creating a welcoming, well-run workplace while also supporting inbound inquiries, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and keeping systems and information accurate and up to date. As the business grows, this role will evolve—making it ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, learning, and shaping how things are done. You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities. You pay close attention to detail, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What skills or experience you will need for this role
- Previous successful experience in an office management, operations, or similar leadership support role
- Attention to detail related to office security, QMS management, PPE and Health & Safety standards, processes and protocols, and record keeping (CRM system such as Zoho)
- Sales admin and support of a geographically dispersed sales force
- Experience managing logistics; inbound supplies as well as outbound order tracking and fulfillment
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset (you’ll see what needs to be done and make it happen)
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with people at all levels
- Comfortable using and managing tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other office systems
