The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department within a growing organisation. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Description
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting systems
  • Support in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal and external use
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
  • Respond to queries from clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department

  • A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial systems
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
