Purpose of PositionThe Pilot delivers a superior air transportation experience with unparalleled safety. The Pilot represents Net Jets, providing technically accurate and safe transportation while delivering exceptional service to every Net Jets Owner and passenger. The Pilot operates in full command, maintaining professionalism and acting as a concierge service provider.
Tasks & Responsibilities- Safely operate the aircraft from taxi, take‑off, and landing per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, Net Jets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and SOPs.
- Greet owners/passengers pre‑flight, make introductions, brief them on the trip, verify itinerary, provide weather updates, safety briefings, and explain any itinerary changes.
- Deliver in‑flight service as needed, including alcohol handling and catering service.
- Load and properly stow all baggage on the aircraft.
- Handle flights for owners with pets and those who smoke.
- Serve as final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance.
- Act as liaison for owners/passengers and Net Jets from arrival at the FBO through final departure.
- Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Company via the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and complete related paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on the assignment.

Education & CertificationsHigh School diploma.
Certifications and Licenses:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (written portion required).
- First Class Medical Certificate.

Necessary KSAOs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Others):
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or equivalent with multi‑engine rating.

- Valid FAA First‑Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
- Valid passport and authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.
- Ability to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long duty periods.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to handle required tasks.
- Other required attributes as listed in the detailed qualifications.
$86,015 – $117,706.
