• Safely operate the aircraft from taxi, take‑off, and landing per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, Net Jets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and SOPs.
• Greet owners/passengers pre‑flight, make introductions, brief them on the trip, verify itinerary, provide weather updates, safety briefings, and explain any itinerary changes.
• Deliver in‑flight service as needed, including alcohol handling and catering service.
• Load and properly stow all baggage on the aircraft.
• Handle flights for owners with pets and those who smoke.
• Serve as final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance.
• Act as liaison for owners/passengers and Net Jets from arrival at the FBO through final departure.
• Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Company via the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and complete related paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned depending on the assignment.

Certifications and Licenses:

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (written portion required).
• First Class Medical Certificate.

• FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
• Valid passport and authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.
• Ability to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long duty periods.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to handle required tasks.
