• Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with retail customers.
• Safely unload orders at customer locations with hand trucks, jacks, or electric aides.
• Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves, and displays.
• Count, fill, and condense back‑stock and retailer shelf inventory.
• Count and verify order completeness with the customer; obtain signature and payment.
• Maintain designated back‑stock area at customer locations; keep the area organized and free of trash.
• Verify product order with the customer to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate any observed opportunities or challenges to sales staff.
• Perform job duties in a variety of settings (grocery, convenience, bar, etc.) and under challenging weather conditions such as rain or snow.
• Ensure company equipment is safe and in working condition; report incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor.
• Operate all company equipment safely and in line with company policy.
• Build displays as required.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip truck inspections; document and report any issues for correction.
• Maintain and keep the assigned company vehicle clean at all times.

• Project a friendly, professional image at all times.
• Attend required meetings.
• Prioritize multiple competing priorities.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Basic mathematical calculation skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school graduate or GED required.
