• You hold a valid DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification , a valid NPI number , and malpractice insurance .
• You’re ready to take control of your practice, schedule, and client load.
• We accept MD and DO licenses on a state-by-state basis.

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role . You’ll have full autonomy over your practice, including setting your hours and managing your caseload.
