Support Worker – Permanency Support Worker (Full‑time)

Join Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions as a Permanency Support Worker and help families in crisis. This full‑time role involves supporting case managers, transporting families, documenting visits, filing legal documents, teaching parenting techniques, and advocating for resources.

• Assist Permanency Case Managers and Supervisors within the unit.
• Transport families to visitation appointments.
• Observe and document visitation sessions.
• File legal documents and maintain accurate records.
• Teach parenting techniques during visitation.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to plan, advocate, and access resources to improve family life.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: at least two years of experience working with children and families.

• Average hourly rate: $18.08 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
