Position: Plumbing Technical Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Plumbing Technical Assistants.

This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of plumbing experience who are ready to deepen their technical skills through a structured, paid training program and pursue long-term career growth in a high-demand trade. This position combines hands-on field experience with formal training, offering a clear pathway toward advancement within the plumbing profession.

Paid Training Program

Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive, employer-sponsored training program designed to build advanced plumbing knowledge and job readiness.
  • Opportunities throughout the state of Texas
  • Paid, structured training provided
  • Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
  • Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
  • Training begins at the end of April 2026
  • Interviews will be conducted remotely
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential and/or commercial settings
  • Apply existing plumbing knowledge while learning advanced systems, tools, and techniques
  • Learn, understand, and follow applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
  • Prepare job sites by organizing materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas during and after job completion
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, licensed plumbers, and team members
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum one (1) year of plumbing experience
  • Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete all required training sessions
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
