Position Summary
TIC is looking for a Certified Crane Operator for a large project located in Abilene, TX.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience as a Crane Operator (preferred)
- NCCO TLL required
- Up to $40 per hour
- $130 per diem per day worked
- Current schedule: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday–Friday
- Must be willing to work additional overtime, weekends and nights when required
- All offers are contingent on passing a Drug and Alcohol test and a non‑DOT physical test
- Constantly working on a construction/industrial site; must stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
- Exposed to changing outdoor weather conditions
- Work irregular hours, weekends, overtime, and holidays as required
- May be required to use ladders, mechanical platforms, mobile lifts, and scaffolds to access equipment/work areas (may exceed 200 ft); must be able to climb and maintain balance on formwork, steel formwork, stairs, ladders and scaffolds
- Move and work in and around confined and cluttered places, and on uneven surfaces
- Must be able to complete tasks in a noisy and dusty environment
- May be required to move items weighing up to 50 pounds across the site
- Must have required tools
- Observe and comply with all safety and project rules, perform other duties as required
- Ability to pass pre‑access drug and alcohol testing, and be fit for duty medically
