We are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our team! You will be responsible for creating net-new relationships with prospective clients and nurturing them to new client relationships, resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

* Responsibilities:**

• Present and sell company services (window cleaning and pressure washing) to new customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, relationship management
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new services, whitespace in account
• Create sales proposals with solutions to customer needs

* Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields - home service sales is preferred
• Strong acuity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients - you must be a people person
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

* Pay Information:**

• You will begin with a base plus commission with a progressive ramp to commission only - there is no cap on earnings but you must hustle and constantly be building a pipeline in order to thrive in this role.
• Commissions are calculated from gross profit on jobs and are paid once collection happens. You will be involved from quote to collection in order to get paid owed commissions.
