Assistant Store Leader; Assistant Manager

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures; keep products in stock and store presentable.

• Able to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Demonstrated strength in retaining staff by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and promoting productivity.
• Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance during employment.
