NIGHT CREW LEAD – United Supermarkets, LLC

Summary: The Night Crew Lead is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction, and oversees overnight stocking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• When a guest enters my area or department, acknowledge, greet, and engage the guest.
• Supervise the night crew to perform shelf stocking and back‑room duties.
• Assign daily work schedules.
• Order and replenish inventory.
• Maintain team motivation to reach daily goals.
• Coach and train team members as necessary.
• Perform stocking duties: lifting, stocking product, rotating product, blocking, facing, dusting, and ordering.
• Perform general housekeeping duties on the sales floor and backroom areas.
• When on the aisles during opening hours, stay attentive to guests’ needs and provide directions or assistance.
• Perform other duties as requested or required by management.

Key Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work between the hours of 9:00 pm–7:00 am.
• Capability to work at a fast‑paced, efficient, and controlled manner.
• Ability to perform all physical aspects of stocker duties, including bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, walking, and occasional running.
• Ability to operate all ordering and backroom equipment, including a box baler and safety cutter.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 80 lbs on a regular basis.
• Willingness to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work well with others.
