What you'll do
  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with members and adapt to business needs, including working in other areas.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of on‑floor operations, backroom processes, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products per established standards.
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for real‑time decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
  • Ensure operational excellence, maintain work area per company policies, protect quality and date control, prevent waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and properly package, label, and store merchandise.
  • Advocate for the department and the club by modeling high quality service, executing basics at the highest level, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply the Open Door Policy and business process best practices.
  • Complete work assignments, set priorities, collaborate with managers and partners, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
