You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. You will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but you can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or team members via the myTime app. Reliable attendance is necessary.

Active engagement is required by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Absence or non-response may lead to termination. After being offered a position, you attend a Welcome orientation and a short-term training schedule. The myTime app is used to pick up shifts afterward.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Inform guests about current brand launches, store activities and events.
• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with cash handling and cash office processes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders and returns, and comply with relevant policies.
• Escalate or de-escalate situations with leadership as needed and recover the guest shopping experience as per policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.
