Summary:

Responsible for stocking items in a presentable fashion.

• No experience required.
• Must be able to follow verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate appropriately with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform required duties.
• Must be able to safely handle, lift and carry items.
• Ability to maneuver carts and containers filled with clothing and materials.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to stoop and bend.
• Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates.

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment. Employee must greet/acknowledge each customer, possess solid product knowledge and express genuine concern for customers and their needs.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Assist in receiving/monitoring stock and processing/replenishing merchandise as necessary.
• Follow safety protocols at all times and especially when using equipment in the warehouse.
• Safely operate equipment which you have been properly trained to use.
• Operate efficiently and stay on task to meet or exceed established goals.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices including signage, pricing and loss prevention.
• Must be able to perform all aspects of the donation process, including receiving donations.
• Communicate appropriately and positively with co-workers and others.
