As a Store Manager, you’ll lead the team on the floor, driving sales, coaching associates, and embodying the Sunglass Hut Experience.

• Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.
• Develop and execute the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the team to enhance performance.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff using the onboarding tools provided.
• Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.
• Maintain brand standards and operational policies through impeccable execution.
• Build customer relationships, ensuring each associate delivers the Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Spend 100% of time on the sales floor and inspire the team’s growth.
• Monitor product knowledge, stay updated on new merchandise and trends.
• Ensure continuity of operations and store performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations.
• Detail‑oriented with strong critical thinking skills.

• Customer service and/or retail experience.

• Competitive base salary ($58,800.00–$82,300.00).
