Pay Range: $18,000.00 – $64,200.00 (est.)

- 3 years retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of U.S. Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to work full time, including variable hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
