• Prepare and serve fresh food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure food is fresh, shelves are clean, temperature is controlled, and expiration dates are verified.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and organize stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, member‑ready area.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing member needs and concerns.
• Adapt quickly to changing work scenarios and support team members.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications and assist in training others.
• Prepare food according to specifications and adhere to food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards.
• Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
• Drive performance of the area, eliminate waste, and ensure quality and date control.
• Champion brand values, inspire colleagues, and support a respectful, team‑oriented culture.
• Follow company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.

Hourly wage range for this position is $16.00–$23.00 (actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable at your location). Premiums may apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.

• Food Service experience.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
