Detailer / Make Ready Specialist & Service Porter (Hybrid Role)

Clear Creek RVs in Abilene, Texas, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player to join our Service Department in a hybrid Detailer / Make Ready Specialist and Porter role.

This position is a key part of keeping our dealership running smoothly. Youll help clean and prepare new and pre-owned RVs for delivery, service, and display while also supporting the service department as a general porter. From washing and detailing RVs to moving units, running errands, and picking up parts, youll play an important behind-the-scenes role in delivering a great customer experience.

• Clean, wash, and detail new and pre-owned RVs inside and out
• Perform make-ready work to prepare RVs for customer delivery and lot display
• Move RVs around the lot and service area safely
• Assist the service department as a porter as needed
• Run errands using a company vehicle, including picking up parts and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and prep areas
• Identify and report any visible damage or concerns to the service team
• Follow safety guidelines when moving and working around RVs

• Valid drivers license
• Previous detailing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate or learn to operate RVs and tow vehicles safely
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
