• Experience: 2+ years RN experience in outpatient surgery, ambulatory OR, or perioperative services (service line experience required)
• License: Active RN license (license in hand required at submission)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (required)

  Skills:
  
  Comfort supporting a variety of ambulatory OR cases such as ENT, general surgery, plastics, breast/thyroid, podiatry/orthopedics, and pediatric procedures
• Charting/EMR: Altera experience preferred (not required)
• Compliance: Ability to complete required labs/screenings within facility timelines
• Additional Notes: Facility drug screen is completed upon arrival and includes marijuana

• Deliver safe, high‑quality perioperative nursing care in a fast‑paced outpatient/ambulatory OR environment
• Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies to support efficient case starts and turnovers in the surgery center
• Maintain sterile technique and follow infection prevention and patient safety standards
• Complete pre‑op verification processes (patient identification, consents, procedure/site confirmation) and participate in surgical time‑outs
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the interdisciplinary team to support excellent outcomes and patient experience
• Provide clear patient/family communication and reinforce discharge education for same‑day surgery patients
