Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) has primary responsibility for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each assigned patient. This includes discharge planning, patient education, and ensuring continuity of care. The RN oversees the safe implementation of the care plan in a safe environment and provides supervision to subordinate personnel.
