About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with established policies, procedures, and scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

* Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

* Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the RN or physician

* Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care

* Provide patient and family education and emotional support

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

* Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

* Current, active LPN license in the State of North Carolina

* Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience required

* Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)

* Strong clinical skills and sound judgment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
