Direct Hire Licensed Vocational Nurse Role in Abilene, Texas

Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for multiple Licensed Practical Nurses to join one of our top partner’s full-time team in the Abilene, Texas area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the LPN:

• Provide care onsite at the facility, following all plans of care and documenting all appointments
• Work closely with other healthcare staff to assure all patients are getting top-quality care

Key Requirements for the LPN:

• Ideally 1 year of experience in post-acute care, open to similar backgrounds
• Compassionate and empathic personality, and a desire to work in an employee-focused organization
• Current and valid LPN license
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• BLS and First Aid Certifications

Compensation and Schedule for the LPN:

• Up to around 34/hr (based on experience) with STRONG shift differentials and career ladder

• 12-hour shifts, 3/4 rotation, Day and night shift options
