• Minimum Education
  :
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within two years
• Minimum Work Experience
  : 2 years of acute care

  • Current Texas RN license
  • BLCS
  • NIH Stroke Scale (required before completion of orientation)

  :
  • Compile, analyze, and present reports
  • Develop, review, and revise applicable policies, procedures, and job guides
  • Compose letters/memoranda
  • Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, perform loop closure
  • Develop office procedures
  • Interview for all department subordinate positions
  • Proven written and editing skills
  • Research information/data; incorporate evidence-based practice
  • Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis
  • Strong leadership skills and growth potential
  • Adjunct patient care on unit as needed
