Job Title
RN‑Surgical Services – Hendrick Health
OverviewRegistered Nurses deliver high‑quality, patient‑family centered perioperative care in the Operating Room, Gastroenterology lab, and other perioperative services. Nurses collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes and maintain professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities- Provide direct, individualized nursing care to all patient populations in the perioperative setting.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other professionals to plan and execute safe, effective patient care.
- Participate in committee activities, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain the Texas Nurse Practice Act standards and uphold professional nursing practices.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Current RN license in Texas.
- CPR‑BCLS certification.
- Professional appearance and ability to handle confidential information.
- Designated driver (if required).
