Job Details
Pioneer Drive Baptist Church in Abilene, TX is searching for a full-time Minister of Youth. This position is responsible for providing leadership to students in grades 7 through 12, focused on and integrated with the church's vision and mission.
- Being a Minister for Pioneer Drive Baptist Church
- Leading the church in the evangelism and discipleship of 7th-12th graders
- Ministering to the parents and families of youth
- Recruiting, training, and equipping volunteers for youth ministry
- Developing interns for current and future ministry
- Providing vision, direction, and spiritual growth for youth ministry staff and volunteers
- Developing and overseeing the youth ministry budget
- Continuing to grow in knowledge of youth, their culture, and best ministry practices
- Supervising the Youth Ministry staff and interns
- Utilizing Microsoft products and managing social media accounts
