• Follow production instructions and tasks from process sheets, blueprints, or supervisor directions to achieve desired outcomes in the manufacturing process.
• Install machine fixtures by aligning and securing dies, punches, blades, or other fixtures to ensure safe machine operation.
• Operate machinery by setting up and running machines such as lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines according to specifications.
• Inspect operations by monitoring the production process, performing inspections and measurements of finished products to verify tolerances and quality using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Adhere to cleanliness and safety protocols, wear PPE, follow safety regulations, and use a crane or buddy system to maneuver large or heavy parts. Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as needed across areas or departments.

• Math skills:
  Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English and complete simple logs and reports in English.
• Physical capability:
  Ability to handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components.
• Policy/procedure compliance:
  Ability to work scheduled hours and comply with the company’s timekeeping policy and other policies.
• Stamina:
  Ability to stand for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
• Machining knowledge:
  Ability to learn fundamental machining concepts and demonstrate proficiency with measuring devices.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and implement improvements.
• Accuracy:
  Strong attention to detail to maintain quality standards.
• Reliability:
  Commitment to dependable and consistent performance.
• Adaptable precision:
  Detail-oriented with flexibility to respond to changing production demands.

• Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
