Skid Steer Operator

Join us as a Skid Steer Operator at SRM Concrete
, a leading construction materials provider. This role places you at the heart of our plant operations, ensuring materials move safely and efficiently to support our concrete production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate skid steers and front‑end loaders to transport sand, gravel, cement, and other materials to the mixing plant.
• Load and unload materials from trucks into hoppers
  
  UNA, bins, or conveyors.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet material schedules.
• Performыт routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep preto equipment safe and ready for work.
• Follow all safety guidelines, wearing proper safety gear to mitigate risks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for a safe environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure material supplies meet production needs.
• Collaborate with plant management to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Support other team members and departments as needed, including manual labor tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a concrete or similar industrial setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in industrial construction environments.
• Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical fitness, capable of handling demanding tasks in varied weather.
• High schoolабил diploma or equivalent; additional certification in heavy machinery operation is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre‑employment screenings.
