* Coordinate incoming and outgoing equipment, including loading, unloading, staging, and documentation support
* Inspect equipment for safety and readiness before delivery and upon arrival
* Track and tag inventory while monitoring the flow of new, used, and rental equipment
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard, dock, and facility through housekeeping and basic maintenance###

What You’ll Bring
* A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in keeping things safe and organized
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and teamwork
* High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to safely operate equipment
