The Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to delivering state‑of‑the‑art data center facilities at scale and  team comprises experienced project managers who work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of complex data center construction and network projects, bringing a wealth of expertise in project management, technical design, and on‑site construction.

The team ensures that our data centers meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability, supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s data needs and driving our growth and success.

Strategically responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans that optimize efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and operational excellence in delivery. Engages with key stakeholders, manages high‑stakes vendor relationships, and navigates regulatory compliance. Anticipates and mitigates risks to data center delivery, maintaining project timelines and budgets. Leads the successful management and delivery of critical initiatives on the strategic roadmap with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy, engaging across Design, Engineering, and Operations.

ROLE is based in Abilene, TX. If you do not relocate, 70% travel will be required weekly.

• End‑to‑end leadership of the program, shaping the approach and achieving desired outcomes through delivery.
• Project Planning – develop and implement long‑term strategies for data center construction and network build projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated before contracting.
• Collaborate with the Construction team to ensure seamless handoff and coordination.
• Project Management – oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring timely, on‑budget, and high‑quality completion.
• Tenant Fit Out and LV Integration – coordinate and integrate tenant fit out projects with overall scope during design, construction, commissioning, and LV fit out.
• Vendor Management – select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Budget Oversight – develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Risk Management – identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect project timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder Communication – maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing concerns.
• Quality Assurance – implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality throughout the life of the project.

• Problem‑Solving – strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address complex challenges in a fast‑paced construction environment.
